Course E-commerce 3MG301
As part of the E-commerce 3MG301 practical course, 18 teams — comprising more than 100 students — developed 7P e-commerce strategies for the launch of a new product from the L’Oréal Garnier brand.
Each team selected a specific e-shop or e-retailer in the Czech Republic and conducted a comprehensive audit of the platform, evaluating aspects such as UX, UI, Digital Shelf, Retail Media, Pricing, Promotions, and the platform’s overall strategic position within the Czech e-commerce market.
The project was led by L’Oréal representatives Roman Polok and Marek Francl, who also provided students with consultations on their research findings and strategic proposals.
